"The housing market is as volatile and dangerous as any other high risk investment would be. It's an investment you don't make very many times (usually) and that you hold onto for a very long time. When my wife and I started our journey of selling our home and upgrading to something newer and a little bigger, the market had just started to freak out during the covid stuff.
